Dr. Sulakshana M. S. is a Senior Consultant in the Department of Histopathology at Sri Shankara Cancer Hospital and Research Centre, Bengaluru. With over 11 years of experience, she specialises in the diagnosis and characterisation of cancer through histopathology, cytopathology, immunohistochemistry, molecular diagnostics, FISH, and NGS. Her diagnostic focus includes breast pathology, renal tumours, female genital tract pathology, endocrine pathology, and cytopathology.

She has trained at leading institutions including NIMHANS and Bangalore Medical College, and has steadily advanced within Sri Shankara Cancer Hospital since 2016. She is a member of IAPM and KCIAPM and has published extensively in reputed journals, including recent contributions to breast cancer and oral cancer research. Her current vision includes strengthening digital and molecular pathology, integrating AI tools, and contributing to specialised oncopathology training. She is committed to improving diagnostic precision and supporting multidisciplinary cancer care.
